Shipping

Delivery takes place within the EU.

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat rate of €7.79 plus VAT per order.

Deliveries abroad:

For deliveries to other European countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (incl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain (incl. Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey), Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (incl. Canary Islands and Balearic Islands), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Austria) from €19.32 plus VAT /shipment.

Terms of delivery

The goods will be shipped after confirmed receipt of payment. Shipping takes place on average after 2 days at the latest. The standard delivery time is 3-5 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description. The provider will ship the order from its own warehouse as soon as the entire order is in stock there. If the Provider is not responsible for a permanent impediment to delivery, in particular force majeure or non-delivery by its own supplier, although a corresponding hedging transaction has been concluded in good time, the Provider has the right to withdraw from a contract with the customer in this respect. The customer will be informed immediately and any services received, in particular payments, will be refunded.
